Why We Started
Nexaliv was not born in a boardroom. It was born from watching real people fall through the gaps of India's healthcare system. Patients who carried years of reports in a folder that nobody ever read. Families who found out about a health crisis hours after it happened. Doctors who had no way of knowing their patient had been deteriorating for weeks.
We built Nexaliv because that gap should not exist.
75% of elderly Indians have at least one chronic condition. 23.8% are managing two or more simultaneously. Most are doing it without a care team that actually communicates.
